Review:

Call me saaya is such a wonderful amalgamation of love story with suspense and a very unexpected story out of the predictable ones.
The story began with shamsher travelling in a train with beautiful narration of atmosphere and surroundings to reach sheesh haveli.

Shamsher comes here in rajasthan in haveli for some paperwork and crosses path with sayana who helps him in each and everything and eventually they both fall in love with each other. Saaya is the name given by her father.
Talking about the initial part of the novel the visulisation power of author is so strong that you will feel like each and every character is real and around you.
Characters are beautifully portrayed and each and every scene is set in perfect way from train to haveli to building up the love between shamsher and sayana.

Also the story covers the streets of Rajasthan where women works and earn for their families.
As it happens in love stories separation in never far away, they both gets separated and sayana is the one who is being blamed for the separation. And shamsher leaves haveli and rajasthan as his work gets completed.

So saaya decides to visit Banglore to meet shamsher.

The story unfolds beautifully which shows love, anger, revenge, suspense and drama.
Don’t wish to reveal to much of the story here but it’s interesting reading hereafter as the character if shamsher will keep you attached to the story till the end.
‌Narration and setting up the suspense are the two positives from the novel.
‌ Though I love thick novels, but the length of the book could have been a little less.
‌ Also the antagonist ravinder singh rajput disappears suddenly from the story.
‌ The cover doesn’t go well with the plot, it could have been much better.

Rating:

I will rate it ⭐⭐⭐⭐

NOTE:

‌A different kind of a love story that will make you believe love stories can be unpredictable as well.
